MNHフェンシングクラブです。

１０月２５日に第７回調布市フェンシング秋季大会（サーブル）（主催：調布市フェンシング協会、株式会社ＭＮＨスポーツ）を開催いたします。

フェンシング初心者、大会初参加の方でも参加しやすい大会となっています。

今大会がはじめての大会という方も大歓迎です。多くの方の参加をお待ちしております。

大会要項をご確認いただき、９月３０日（火）までに
クラブ・団体ごとで取りまとめの上お申し込み下さい。

※オーバーエイジの参加可。
　ただし、タイムスケジュールの関係で参加いただけないこともあります。
※一般の部は申込状況により年齢でカテゴリーを分ける場合があります。

1種目　5,000円

■申込方法、受付

クラブ、団体ごとで取りまとめのうえ、申込用紙へ必要事項を記入し９月３０日(火)までにお申し込みください。先着順となります。

申込確認メールに振込口座番号を記入して返信します。代表者名義でお振込みください。
入金確認メールをもってエントリー完了となります。

お振込み期限：１０月１０日（金）
※参加費の返金はいかなる理由でも致しかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。

■用具

・ユニフォーム、プロテクターは350N以上とします
・女性はハードプロテクターを必ず着用してください　（パットカバーは無くても問題ありません）
・マスクは350Nでも構いませんが、審判員が目視で安全確認
・マスクはベルクロタイプではくとも可とします
・グローブ、カフはセパレートでも可とします
※安全の為、半袖プロテクターとグローブは800Nを推奨

■道具審査

・事前検査は行わず、審判員がピスト上で行います
　※用具の不備は1回目はイエローカード、2回目以降はレッドカード

■重要事項

＜安全管理について＞
・出場者並びにレッスンを取るなどするコーチ等は各自で個人賠償保険、傷害保険等に加入してください
・試合中や練習中のいかなる怪我、事故等に関しての責任は主催者は一切負いません。各自で万全の注意をしてください
・指定された場所以外での練習は怪我や事故を誘発し、他の利用者の方の迷惑にもなります。指定場所以外での練習は発見次第いかなる理由があろうとも、当協会の判断により本大会への出場権をはく奪するものとします

＜個人情報の取り扱いについて＞
調布市フェンシング協会は、申し込みにおいて取得した個人情報は以下の大会運営の目的のみで利用します。
また、試合会場で主催者により写真、映像を撮影し以下の用途で利用することがあります。
・当日、会場内への掲示やアナウンス
・出場者名簿や試合結果の当協会並びに当大会ホームページへの掲載
・大会報告のための報告書やその他資料への掲載
※大会での写真や個人情報の扱いに関して特別な要望がある場合は申し込みの際に備考欄へご記入ください

■その他

・更衣室は体育館の更衣室が利用可能です
・荷物は当大会受付の説明に従って、置くようにしてください
・試合会場（アリーナ）への入場は、選手、帯同コーチのみ入場可能です。
・会場は調布市総合体育館体育館を借りています。
・施設内は他の団体や利用者さんもいますので、節度のある行動・利用の仕方をお願いいたします
・貴重品の管理は各自でお願いいたします
・蓋のついてない飲み物を持って移動するのは禁止となっております

The 7th Chofu Fencing Autumn Competition
Event Guidelines

This is MNH Fencing Club.

We will hold the 7th Chofu City Autumn Fencing Tournament on October 25, hosted by the Chofu City Fencing Association and MNH Sports Co., Ltd.

This tournament is designed to be accessible even for fencing beginners and those participating in a competition for the first time.

First-time participants are especially welcome. We look forward to the participation of many.

Please review the tournament guidelines and submit your applications compiled by each club or organization by Tuesday, September 30.

・Grades 1–3 (Mixed) – 20 participants

・Grades 4–6 Boys – 20 participants

・Grades 4–6 Girls – 20 participants

・Junior High Boys – 20 participants

・Junior High Girls – 20 participants

・High School Boys – 20 participants

・High School Girls – 20 participants

・General (University age & above) Men – 20 participants

・General (University age & above) Women – 20 participants

Overage participation is permitted, but depending on the time schedule, participation may not be possible.

■ Match Schedule

Elementary & Junior High School: Morning matches

High School & Above: Afternoon matches

■Match Format

● Preliminary Round: Pool system

● Elimination Round: Direct elimination (all participants advance)

■Eligibility

No restrictions on residency or nationality.

■Entry Fee

JPY 5,000 per event

■Application Method & Deadline

Applications must be submitted collectively by each club/organization using the official application form (Excel) by Tuesday, September 30.
Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application Form

After submission, a confirmation email will be sent with bank transfer details.
Please make the payment under the representative’s name.
Your entry will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Payment deadline: Friday, October 10
Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

■Equipment

Jackets and plastrons: Minimum 350N

Female fencers: Hard chest protectors are mandatory (cover pads optional)

Masks: 350N or above; safety check by referee (non-Velcro types allowed)

Gloves & cuffs: Separate type allowed
For safety, 800N plastrons and gloves are recommended.

■Equipment Control

No pre-check. Referees will inspect on piste.

First violation: Yellow card; subsequent violations: Red card.

■Important Notes

Safety Management

All participants and accompanying coaches must have their own personal liability and accident insurance.

Organizers accept no responsibility for any injury or accident during matches or practice.

Practicing outside designated areas may result in disqualification from the tournament.

Personal Information

Personal information provided in applications will be used only for tournament operations.

Photos/videos taken by the organizer may be used for:

Display/announcements at the venue

Publishing participant lists and results on the association/tournament website

Tournament reports and related materials

Special requests regarding photo use or personal data should be noted on the application.

■Other Information

Changing rooms at the venue are available.

Follow staff instructions for baggage placement.

Only athletes and accompanying coaches may enter the competition arena.

Please behave respectfully as the venue is shared with other users.

Manage your valuables personally.

Carrying drinks without lids is prohibited inside the venue.
